	W. Warren Holmes, B.Sc., P.Eng., MBA Position: Chairman Mr. W. Warren Holmes is a mining engineer (P. Eng), and holds a MBA. He is Chairman of Nuinsco Resources Limited and Victory Nickel Inc, Vice-Chairman of Atlanta Gold Inc, a Director of HudBay Minerals Inc, a Director of Foraco International SA, and a Director of several other private corporations. He was previously with Noranda Inc (1964---1986), and Falconbridge Limited (1986---2002) latterly as Senior Vice President of Canadian Mining Operations. He has also been the President of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy, and Petroleum, Chairman of the Ontario Mining Association, and Co Chair of the Ontario Mineral Industry Cluster Council.

	Alar Soever Position: President and CEO Mr. Alar Soever has 30 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and has been the President of Wallbridge since 2003. Prior to 2003, Wallbridge was one of his clients at Watts, Griffis & McOuat Ltd. where he was responsible for their copper-nickel-PGE practice. Mr. Soever has been involved with Wallbridge since the early stages of exploration efforts in Sudbury and will continue to implement the Company's vision to discover the next large nickel-copper-platinum group deposit in Sudbury, while not ignoring other opportunities such as Wallbridge's new Rogers Creek copper-gold discovery in British Columbia. Mr. Soever was also instrumental in the spin-out of Wallbridge's Minnesota copper-nickel-platinum group properties into Duluth Metals (TSX:DM), in which Wallbridge currently retains a 12.4% ownership position.

	Bruce Jago, Ph.D., Geo. Position: Vice-President Exploration A Ph.D. graduate in geology from the University of Toronto, Mr. Jago has extensive experience in nickel-copper-PGE exploration. His experience includes working with Inco from 1991 to 1998, including 2 years as Exploration Manager in Brazil. From 1998 to 2004, he worked for Lakefield Research and was Manager of Mineralogical Services for 4 years.

	Mary Montgomery, CA Position: Chief Financial Officer Ms. Montgomery is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Mary was formerly the Director of Finance for the Sudbury YMCA. Prior to that she held senior positions with a number of companies associated with the mining industry in Sudbury.

	Michael Weirmeir Position: Land Manager As a land administrator, land consultant and prospector, Mr. Weirmeir has more than 25 years experience in mining and mineral exploration. He has held the positions of Mining Recorder for the Ministry of Mines in Ontario and Manager of Mining Lands, Indian and Northern Affairs in the Northwest Territories.

	H. J. (James) Blake, Q. C., LL.M Position: Corporate Secretary Mr. Blake is based in Toronto and is a managing law partner of McLean & Kerr LLP. He received his LL.M in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School , York University in 1970. His principal business focus is corporate/commercial/securities law and he has written and lectured extensively on the legal and fiduciary duties of corporate directors and officers and on business law matters..

	René Galipeau Position: Director Mr. Galipeau, CGA, is the current Vice-Chairman and CEO of Nuinsco Resources Limited. He has been a Director of Nuinsco since 1993. A seasoned mining executive with 34 years experience, René Galipeau has held senior positions with a number of gold and base metal mining companies in Canada and the United States, most recently as Executive Vice-President and CFO for Breakwater Resources Ltd. Mr. Galipeau is also a director of several public and private companies.

	Darryl Sittler Position: Director A former National Hockey League player and a 1989 inductee to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Mr. Sittler is a self-employed businessman and is currently a consultant to the Toronto Maple Leaf Hockey Club in areas of community relations and marketing.

	Jon A. McBride Position: Director Mr. McBride was a member of the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1989, initially serving as a fighter pilot. He was selected as an astronaut candidate by NASA in 1978, became an astronaut in 1979 and piloted the October 1984 8-day Orbiter Challenger space mission. Mr. McBride is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Training Systems International, Inc. in Mesa , Arizona.

	Parviz Farsangi Position: Director Parviz Farsangi has an extensive operations background and knowledge of the nickel industry, with a history of employee and community engagement. Most recently he was Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Vale Inco Limited with the responsibility for leading the operations of Vale Inco's wholly-owned subsidiaries. Prior to joining Vale Inco Mr. Farsangi had a long career with Falconbridge Limited. Subsequently he was President, Gramercy Alumina in Louisiana and St. Ann Bauxite in Jamaica for Falconbridge. Mr. Farsangi has received a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering from McGill in 1996 as well as an M.B.A. from Queen's University Business School in 1998. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy,and the Transition Board of Canadian Mining Innovation Council.

	Roland Horst Position: Director Roland Horst has 35 years of mining industry experience as a chief executive officer, investment banker, corporate banker and geologist, including 13 years as a CEO of both public and private companies involved in mining production, development and exploration in Canada, Brazil, Indonesia and Chile. Most recently he was President and CEO of Royal Nickel Corporation. Before founding Royal Nickel Mr. Horst was President and CEO of International Nickel Ventures Corporation, Vice President, Business Development for FNX Mining and President of Aurora Platinum Corporation. Previously Mr. Horst was CEO of Aeroquest Limited and Scintrex Limited. Mr. Horst has extensive experience in investment banking having held positions as head of the Mining Group at Nesbitt Thomson, Head of Mining Group at Richardson Greenshields, and as a mining corporate banker with the Bank of Montreal. Mr. Horst holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration, University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Western Ontario, a M.Sc. in Geology from Laurentian University and a B.Sc. in Geology from McGill University.
