Wallbridge Announces Completion of Private Placement

Toronto, Ontario, July 13, 2004 - Wallbridge Mining Company Limited ("Wallbridge") (TSX: WM) today announced it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 909,090 Common Shares at $0.55 per share, aggregating gross proceeds of $500,000. The additional funds will allow the company the flexibility to respond to positive results and accelerate current exploration programs as deemed necessary.
