Carube Copper

Wallbridge has exposure to active exploration for copper and gold in Jamaica and British Columbia through its 11.5% ownership of Carube Copper Corp (CUC:TSX-V).

Carube Copper Corp. has 100 % interest in six wholly owned copper and gold exploration permits in Jamaica totalling 260 square kilometres. It also has a heads of agreement with OZ Minerals to acquire a 100% interest in five exploration permits in Jamaica totalling 298 square kilometres. Together these 11 licences comprise seven properties covering 535 km2 of the best copper and gold prospects in Jamaica. The properties enjoy the benefit of $14M of exploration work by OZ Minerals over the last 3 years, which included initial drilling on a number of advanced targets resulting in promising drill intersections which require follow-up. In additions there are over 30 untested blue sky targets which have yet to see any drilling.

Carube Copper also has three porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum projects within the Cascade Magmatic Arc in southwestern British Columbia, Canada totalling 469 square kilometres. The Mackenzie project is located adjacent to Hunter Dickenson's IKE discovery within this newly emerging exploration district.

As an early explorer in Jamaica's copper-gold rich terrain and a pioneer in an area of BC's Cascade Magmatic Arc, which is now recognized for its mineral potential, Carube has the potential to create shareholder value through the discovery of new porphyry copper-gold deposits.
